0°&90° UD aramid fibre fabrics/280g/m2 P-aramid fiber UD fabric was woven in the direction of 0° and 90° with high strength & modulus.Comparing with steel wire,aramid filament strength up to 24 g/D or more,5-6 times of steel wire,the modulus is 2-3 times,toughness is 2 times,while the weight is just 1/5 of steel wire.Continuous use temperature range is extremely wide,long run in the range of -196 ºC to 204 ºC.Does not decompose at high temperature of 500 ºC,it does not melt, undergo 100 hours at 200 ºC, strength can still maintain 75% of the original.While with properties resistance to chemical solvents and acid,anti-aging,flame retardant.This fabric is specially designed for composite board,like,ski board,skateboard,etc.
